Will WooPOS Fit My Business?

If you are looking for a simple basic POS for startup, you can just find a free plugin or a simple web app. But if you are serious about your business, you care about performance, reliability, customization, scalability and business growth, WooPOS is a perfect fit.

Is WooPOS Compatible With Apple and Android Products?

WooPOS is compatible with any hardware that works on Windows. Please test live demo if you use any device other than Windows.

What Is Considered A User?

A user is a person who has login activities in the calendar month. A user can log in to up to two computers or Windows at the same time. The logins for the time card (clock in/out) will NOT be counted as users.

Are There Long-Term Contracts?

No, we don’t force you into any long-term contracts. Our price is available as a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time.

Can I Pay Annually Or A Lump Sum Instead Of Monthly?

Are There Any Hidden Fees? Cancellation Or Installation Fees?

No. None of these will ever appear. We only charge a monthly fee to our customers. However, we will charge an extra fee for OPTIONAL training, data migration, and custom software development. Extra database licenses may require if you have 500,000+ products, 3000+ transactions per day, or 20+ stores.

When Will I Get My First Bill? Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

You will get a bill from FreshBooks on the second day of each calendar month. We accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

How Do I Know If WooPOS Is Compatible With My Hardware?

WooPOS is compatible with any hardware that works on Windows. Please check Recommended Computer Specifications for Running WooPOS.

Can I Use WooPOS's Free WooCommerce Plugin Without Using The WooPOS Desktop App?

Sure you can. WooPOS plugins are free and can be used with or without WooPOS desktop app.

Do I Need To Purchase Microsoft SQL Server License?

WooPOS uses the free version of SQL Express as your local database server. WooPOS has a free built-in synchronization engine as an alternative to SQL replication. Extra database licenses may require if you have 500,000+ products, 3000+ transactions per day, or 20+ stores.
